Management Assessment

We have partnered with Profiles International to use their proprietary behavioral assessment tools, a world leader in selecting and developing high-performance workforces through innovative human resource management solutions and a comprehensive suite of employment assessments that help companies gain a competitive advantage by selecting, hiring, retaining and developing great talent for specific searches and executive assessments. Unlike other tools on the market, Profiles International gives companies the ability to customize the tools based on their own specific job definitions, functions and cultural environment.

Example: We recently placed the CIO at a large ecommerce/supply chain software company. She wanted to get a better understanding of the IT organization that she was inheriting, so she retained us to assess the entire 206 person team. We used a combination of in-person interviews coupled with the Profiles International behavioral assessment tools to assess and make recommendations. She ultimately was able to use this specific information to reorganize and realign the IT organization.

International Search

We have a partnership with a like-minded executive search boutique, Ankaa Consulting, based in Paris with offices in London, Madrid, Algers, Moscow, and Sao Paolo to expand our reach in the EMEA, AsiaPac and Latin America. We have worked with Ankaa on several successful engagements leveraging their networks and regional expertise.

Recent and current searches that we are working on with Ankaa include a head of Professional Services search for EMEA and Asia Pac for a large supply chain software firm, a Country Manager/GM for Brazil for a large US based software company, and a US Managing Director search for a France based Strategy consulting firm.

Research

For clients who do not require a full-fledged retained search effort, we can provide customized passive candidate research. Our internal research team can provide accurate and up to date research and name generation. We have the capability to provide you with names, titles, phone numbers, emails, and reporting structure of the top talent that you are searching for. We do not use online job boards or any other list resource to obtain our information. New research is obtained for every project that we undertake for a client, resulting in the most accurate and up to date research available. We also provide customized diversity research and competitive intelligence, depending on the needs of our clients.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Adam-Bryce, LLC offers our clients the ability to outsource the recruiting function for all of their executive and critical staffing needs. We will find, assess and assist with the entire hiring process based on the client’s criteria. These solutions will be custom developed. Currently, we are outsourcing the recruitment process and hiring for Axial Project, a healthcare information network start up that requires a timely ramp up of qualified executives across multiple business units and functions. Axial's mission is to improve health care by securely transmitting the right clinical information to the right people and places at the right time. Whether it is lab results, a doctor's report, information to public health authorities, or information to the patient or their care taker, Axial's open source offerings enable all members of the Health ecosystem to connect easily and securely.
